General information
The external circuit breaker for electric meters is designed for operation in alternating current circuits with a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, with a rated operating voltage of AC230V/400V and a rated current of 6 A to 125 A. The device allows remote control of circuit disconnection or automatic switching on, provides protection of the electric line from overload and short circuit, and can also be used for infrequent operations switching. The circuit breaker is a specialized external protection device used in conjunction with IC card prepaid electricity meters. The product is widely used in low-voltage power distribution network construction projects and can be used as a complete switching device for centralized electricity metering and payment management systems in residential areas. The products fully comply with the requirements of GB10963.1, IEC60898-1, Q/GDW11421-2015, as well as the “Technical Requirements for External Low-Voltage Circuit Breakers for Electricity Meters with Charge Management Function” of China Southern Electric Grid Company.
